We ofer umpire training services including, but not limited to:
•  In-person and online umpire training programs
•  Educational materials and resources
•  Certification assistance
•  Mentorship and coaching

2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
•  You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
•  You are physically capable of performing the activities involved in umpire training
•  You agree to follow all safety instructions and rules

3. Payment and Fees
•  All payments must be made in full before access to training sessions or materials is 
granted.
•  Fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase or registration.
•  All sales are final. No refunds are issued unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, other participants, and staff. 
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without a refund for:
•  Disruptive or abusive behavior
•  Violation of safety rules

5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, videos, documents, and content are the intellectual property of Umpire IQ.  You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Participation in our training may involve physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring your own health and safety. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may  occur during or after the training.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umpire IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,  or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and  continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
