This Fulﬁllment Policy outlines how we deliver our in-person umpire training services and what you can expect after registration.

1. Service Delivery

We provide in-person training services for individuals seeking education and development in umpiring. Training includes:

Classroom instruction
Field exercises and simulations
Assessments and feedback sessions
Training is fulﬁlled through scheduled, instructor-led sessions at designated locations.

2. Registration Conﬁrmation

Upon successful payment and registration, you will receive a conﬁrmation

email within 24–48 hours.
This email will include training dates, location details, what to bring, and contact information for your instructor.

3. Scheduling and Attendance

Training schedules are published in advance and are subject to availability.
Participants are responsible for attending all sessions. Missed sessions may result in incomplete certiﬁcation or require re-enrollment (additional fees may apply).
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to weather, instructor

illness, or insuicient enrollment. In such cases, you will be oered an alternative

date or credit toward a future session.

4. What’s Included

Your registration includes:

Travel, lodging, meals, or personal equipment (e.g., umpire gear) are not included unless

speciﬁcally stated.
